Our Belief
- An environment that encourages collaboration between students is essential:
- It gives a sense of belonging in the academic community
- It increases students’ self-esteem
- It increases group/team work skills
- It increases student retention rates
- It expands natural collaboration from the class nucleus to the entire school (students will learn from students in other classes)
- It broadens the traditional tutoring system to a peer to peer tutoring model
- Learning informally from others is a successful and needed complementary solution to conventional learning
- We all have a skill or knowledge that we can share to learn new skills
- Spreading knowledge and education will help improve economic and social growth
